Payment Information:
We use the native in-app purchase systems provided by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play Store). When you subscribe or make a purchase, Apple or Google collects and processes your financial data. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial details; we only receive anonymous purchase tokens tied to your User ID to verify your purchase.
User-Provided Content:
We collect any text prompts, reference media, or other content you upload or generate through the Service. This includes any inputs and the outputs (generated videos) you create.
Usage and Technical Data:
We automatically collect log and usage data about your interaction with the Service, including your IP address, device and OS information, feature usage, timestamps, and error reports.
Tracking and Analytics Data: We use device identifiers and mobile analytics technologies to track your in-app activity.

Because VidZeon does not require user registration, your app data is tied directly to your device and the anonymous User ID generated upon installation. You can request the deletion of your User ID and associated generated data directly within the app by navigating to Settings and selecting the data deletion option. Alternatively, you can contact support with your User ID to request deletion.
Tracking and Similar Technologies:
We and our partners use device identifiers and other mobile tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Service. You can control app tracking permissions directly through your device’s operating system privacy settings.
Security of Your Data:
We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security.
Children’s Privacy:
Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
