By downloading, installing, or using the VidZeon application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the App and must delete it from your device.All trademarks, database rights, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to VidZeon and its licensors.

 

We are committed to ensuring the App is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the App or its premium services without making it completely clear what you are paying for.

 

  1. General Usage & Network Charges:

 

The App requires an active internet connection to function correctly (especially for AI video generation). This connection can be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. VidZeon cannot take responsibility for the App not working at full functionality if you do not have access to an active data connection.

 

If you are using the App outside an area with Wi-Fi, remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the App, including roaming data charges if you use the App outside your home territory without turning off data roaming. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

 

  1. License to Use:

 

2.1. Grant of License: We grant you a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your private, non-commercial use.

 

2.2. Restrictions: You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its source code. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use any automated tools, spiders, or robots to interface with the App or its servers, nor may you introduce malware, viruses, or attempt to breach the App’s security protocols.

 

  1. No Account Registration Required:

 

VidZeon is designed to operate without mandatory user registration. You are not required to create an account, select a password, or provide identifying information (such as your name or email) to use the core video generation features. Your access, settings, and subscription limits are tied to your specific device and an anonymous User ID. Because of this, you are responsible for securing your device from unauthorized access. VidZeon is not liable for any unauthorized access to the App on your mobile device.

 

  1. Third-Party Partners & AI Models:

 

4.1. External AI Models: The App utilizes third-party AI models and cloud services to generate video content based on your text prompts and media inputs. Your use of these generation features is subject to the continuous availability of these third-party APIs.

 

4.2. External Links: The App may contain links to third-party content, services, or advertisements. We have no control over third-party websites or resources and accept no responsibility for any issues, damages, or losses caused by your reliance on them.

 

  1. Content & Intellectual Property Rights:

 

5.1. VidZeon’s Rights: VidZeon is the sole owner of the App’s design, software, logos, databases, UI, and compiled source code.

 

5.2. User Content: You are solely responsible for the content (including text prompts and reference images) that you submit to generate videos. You must ensure that your inputs do not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

 

5.3. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance: We maintain a strictly zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to submit prompts or generate content that is improper, harmful, offensive, defamatory, explicitly sexual, promotes violence or hate speech, facilitates illegal activities, or violates any laws. VidZeon reserves the right to block, filter, or refuse to process inputs that violate these safety guidelines.

 

5.4. License to Us: By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your submitted content strictly for the purpose of operating the App and generating your requested video outputs.

 

5.5. Reporting and Moderation: To ensure a safe environment, VidZeon provides in-app features to report offensive AI-generated content. If you encounter content or outputs that violate these Terms, please use the in-app reporting tools or contact support@bravcotech.com. Users found repeatedly attempting to generate prohibited content will have their access to the App terminated immediately without a refund.

 

  1. Payments, In-App Purchases, & Subscriptions:

 

6.1. Billing: Certain features of the App are available as premium in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management are handled directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6.2. Subscription Terms: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled by you prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You must manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

 

6.3. Credit Limits and Data Deletion: Premium video generation credits are tracked via your anonymous purchase tokens. If you delete your App data or uninstall the App, your current session data is erased. You may use the “Restore Purchase” function upon reinstallation to reclaim your remaining credit balance based on your active store receipt.

 

6.4. Refunds: Because all transactions are processed by Apple or Google, you must submit any refund requests directly to the respective platform. VidZeon cannot process refunds on their behalf.

 

  1. Updates and Termination:

 

7.1. Updates: We may update the App at any time to add new features, fix bugs, or patch security vulnerabilities. The App is currently available on iOS and Android, and system requirements may change. You promise to accept updates to the application when offered to you.

 

7.2. Termination: We reserve the right to stop providing the App, terminate this license, or block your access at any time without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

 

  1. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:

 

8.1. Disclaimer: The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. VidZeon makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, accuracy, security, or suitability for any specific purpose. We do not guarantee that the generated video content will meet your exact expectations or that the service will remain uninterrupted.

 

8.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VidZeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or device functionality, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

 

  1. Indemnification:

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VidZeon, its affiliates, employees, and third-party partners from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party intellectual property rights through your generated content.

 

  1. Force Majeure:

VidZeon shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, severe internet outages, server host failures, cyber attacks, natural disasters, strikes, or legislative amendments.

 

  1. Changes to These Terms:

 

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
